Western Built Construction is a company that specializes in high end residential and commercial construction for the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara areas. Founded in 2009, Western Built has excelled in providing our clients with a high end product for a reasonable price, and we have successfully undertaken projects on a wide range of style and scale. The core members of the Western Built team have been managing projects together in Southern California for over 20 years, and we have the skill and necessary experience to deliver a highly successful finished product, regardless of its parameters. We work diligently with our clients, consultants, and designers in order to ensure the construction process runs as smoothly as possible - playing an integral role in seeing each job through from start to finish. Our team is a combination of in- house project managers, workers, and foremen - and we have a large pool of highly skilled subcontractors to draw from depending on specific project requirements. Western Built has the experience and expertise to complete jobs of any size and scale - both residential and commercial. We have extensive background in the high end home industry, but have also completed numerous large scale commercial projects as well. We accept projects of all types- whether a house, pool, hardscape, remodel, addition, ground up construction, or tenant improvement. Our team has the various project management and organizational skills necessary to successfully complete any job, and we provide expert support in the design and planning process as well, combining an architectural and interior design background with construction know-how.
