• Audits, including Single Audits (Not-for Profits receiving over $750K in federal funds), HUD Audits, and Financial Audits;

• Compilations; Reviews; Financial Statement Preparation;

• Tax Filing, including Not-for-Profit Form 990, Partnership Form 1065, and Corporate Form 1120;

• Cost Certifications (LIHTC and Federal and State Historic)

• Compliance Filings, including HUD REAC, FHA LEAP and Federal Audit Clearinghouse
