We are based in Michigan and are licensed to service the entire state. The Care Team is trusted by hundreds of physicians, hospitals, and other facilities to ensure the best possible care for their patients/residents. Our care is available wherever you reside; in your private home, in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and in area hospitals. Most people prefer to receive care in their homes, where their loved one serves as primary caregiver. The Care Team professionals make regular visits to check on you and provide additional support.
