The Wells Resource LLC was established in 2010 by Paula Wells and her late husband, Jim Wells, who passed away in 2020. Paula has continued the work of the firm and has over 45 years in the engineering consulting business. The engineers at TWR consistently provide professional services that demonstrate integrity, client focus, innovative problem solving, continuous learning, flexibility, and optimized solutions for the least cost.

TWR staff includes both registered professional engineers (PE) and EI engineers. The company’s engineers are registered in the States of Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, South Dakota, Arkansas, California, Minnesota, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Utah, and Colorado.
