It Takes A Village Veterinary Surgical Center is a new sister organization to It Takes A Village Spay & Neuter Clinic and It Takes A Village Animal Rescue & Resources, all located in the beautiful Mississippi river town of Muscatine, IA. Here at It Takes A Village we aim to provide timely and affordable access to high quality surgical intervention for companion animals. Many veterinarians have been forced to watch helplessly as corporate established prices place the ability to surgically save a life, drastically beyond the reach of the average pet owner. We know that the demand is far greater than the supply, when it comes to affordable, high-quality surgical services. But we also know that one organization can not combat that alone. We have set firm capacity limitations, based on what is reasonably manageable by our staff. We strongly believe in protecting our most valuable resource, which is our veterinary professionals.
