Devoted Guardians Home Health provides Medical Home Health services for Seniors throughout the Metro Phoenix Area, and all of Maricopa county. We accept various insurance plans including AHCCCS/ALTCS, Medicare, VA/TriCare, and Various Medicare Advantage and Commercial/HMO/PPO health plans.
We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and nursing services to wide range of patients, with various needs. Many of whom have recently returned to their home following treatment at a acute hospital or post-acute rehabilitation facility. We also serve local specialty medicine and Primary Care providers, engaging their patients in the home for both preventative and rehabilitative services.
