I have worked here since 2021, and not only have I had the chance to take on new responsibilities, but I've watched the promotions of many individuals around me. I can say confidently that if you show initiative, you will be rewarded. So many members of management started out at an entry-level and it has been inspiring and just exciting to watch people grow into their new roles and literally transform into leaders in their own right. The company is led with a "seek to understand" mentality and all individuals are treated with respect. Since this past winter, the company has started bringing new benefits for employees, including paid holidays and better health insurance plans that are more conducive for the employees. Has the company been through some bumps as it has grown? Absolutely - but there is a continuous and noticeable effort to do better and put the right people in the right places to not only be able to offer good service to our clients but also to every employee. Management organized a book club a few months ago and every month since they've provided a variety of books (self-improvement to just pure enjoyment) and get together to discuss. That simple event alone showed me that there is an invested interest in the overall well-being of employees. Beyond that, the company organizes events every month for the staff, including volunteering outings or cookouts in the parking lot.
