OUR HISTORY
Construction Managers, Inc. is located in the State of North Carolina and is fully registered with the Federal Government as a Veteran Owned Small Business. We have over 40 years of design-build experience across a variety of projects including high-end residential, assisted living communities, medical and dental offices. We have also worked in partnership with Federal Agencies for more than a decade. CMI is proud of its past performance with the U.S. General Services Administration. The experience we have gained through this partnership has positioned us as one of the most selected Lessors by the Department of Veterans Affairs. We strive to offer the highest quality in all aspects in our turnkey services. We select the best sites available for our GSA projects and custom design each new building to conform to GSA specifications. We ensure that each project design is beautiful and architecturally developed for the local community setting.

By working closely with our clients and understanding their specific needs, we have been able to exceed expectations. Our buildings are designed and built energy efficient for long-term use. We maintain building ownership and in turn, lease the building to the GSA. Our facilities management group maintains each building and site to ensure they are professionally maintained with high standards of quality which never diminish.
