At Focus Behavioral Services, LLC, we believe in creating a family environment that nurtures the development of our staff and clients. As part of our team, you will receive the training and supervision necessary to become/ maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. We also offer supervision to individuals pursuing certification as a BCBA or BCaBA.

RESPONSIBILITIES of a Behavior Technician:

Works 1:1 direct care implementing behavioral intervention programs for children diagnosed with autism in their homes.
Attend monthly staff training.
Receives supervision from a BCBA for each client they work with.
Observe and record a child's behaviors through data input into an electronic device, and log hours and data accurately.
Communicate with supervisory staff

Immediate Hire LOCATION: We have a case in Woodbridge, VA, and Lorton, VA.

Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 7am - 7pm, Weekends optional

Preferred Candidates Will Possess:

High school diploma (required), Bachelor (preferred)
40-hour RBT training (required) , RBT Certification (Preferred)
Previous ABA therapy experience (preferred)
Driver's License (required)
Caring, Compassionate, and Professional Personality
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Exercise Discretion and Maintain Confidentiality
Experience With Special Needs Children (Required)
Valid Driver’s License (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
