Sauer Compressors USA is a family-owned company based in Stevensville, MD. Our diverse workforce enjoys special events all year long including crab feasts, luaus, Employee of the Quarter recognition, putt-putt golf Fridays, golf outings, holiday parties and more. Sauer employees are offered cross training to provide new employees with a better understanding of how their position works with other departments. All new employees receive hands on training and learn how to service our compressors.
