Our vision is to be an exemplary, model school where students are meeting or exceeding academic standards in reading and math, students feel the joy of learning, parents are involved, and the entire community nurtures a solid partnership. City Springs is a Title I Baltimore City Public charter school operated by the nonprofit Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP), which was founded in 1996 with a single purpose: to transform the educational landscape in Baltimore City with research-based educational strategies, intensive teacher training, and extensive support for principals. City Springs is a restorative school with a focus on equity, inclusion, and anti-racist practices. Our school's culture is positive and supportive. We have two Core Value Statements for staff: 1. Be on the purple field. 2. Do the right thing. Period. CS is a special place to learn and work.
