Souris River Brewing was started because a group of local people believed there was something missing in Minot - an establishment focused on premium, craft-brewed beers and natural, made-from-scratch food that embodies what North Dakota is all about. Souris River Brewing is Minot's first Brewpub and Restaurant that focuses on sourcing ingredients from our local and regional suppliers. We are proud to be a adamant supporter of local for 10 years and counting. Keeping it local to strengthening our community's economic base and fostering good will between our regions' great people.
