A successful, growing medical spa serving the East Bay and the surrounding region, is seeking a Medical Aesthetics Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The ideal person is self-motivated with the ability to build a returning clientele of patients.

The candidate handles evaluating guests' suitability for aesthetic and other non-surgical cosmetic services Acting as a liaison with our Practice Manager to ensure consistent adherence to established guest care standards and injectable treatment protocols.

Responsibilities:
Provide the highest-quality patient care using sound judgment and expertise
Perform thorough patient evaluations and provide education
Create customized treatment plans for clients
Display confidence and integrity in your touch and all interactions
Perform all medical procedures safely and appropriately
Demonstrate superior interpersonal and customer service skills
Provide accurate charting and clinical documentation of all clients
Meet or exceed productivity goals individually and as a group, while serving the patient at the highest level
Stay up to date on new products and services in the industry
Achieve patient satisfaction and retention, and provide consistent patient follow-up care
Have a strong desire to continuously learn from and collaborate with medical professionals to create innovative and result driven protocols.

Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in the State of California
Proven track record of patient service commitment to excellence
Availability to work Monday-Thursday and some Saturdays
Certification and 1 or more years of experience in the injection of neurotoxins and dermal fillers
Excellent communication skills and follow-through
Ability to perform consultations, educate patients, and close sales
Experience in cross-promoting of services and skincare products
Hands-on experience in the use of cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy, and threads
Ability to develop patient relationships and grow the practice
We will consider candidates wishing to enter the aesthetic field upon completion of an approved training program
