MiddleTown Property Group is a locally family-owned company by twin brothers, Dane, and Derek Wilson, who graduated Ball State in 2009 and 2010. We are a third-party management company that provide an innovated model that focuses on providing direct and quality services to our Property Owners and Residents.
They purchased their first property in 2013, the house they rented while attending Ball State University, and have kept growing since. MiddleTown as a whole focus on three services: we assist interested real estate investors, we develop real estate, and we manage properties all over Central, East and Northeastern Indiana. Headquartered in Muncie, MiddleTown's portfolio spans over 3,200 units across the state, and growing. We operate two resident-facing brands: BSURentals.com (student properties around Ball State) and MiddleTown Rental Properties (conventional properties). We are adding smart, hardworking people to our team! We pride ourselves on creating a work environment that is both fun and fulfilling.
