GSC On-Site Services is a national company that offers injury prevention services that include a Job Analysis+ Program that results in documentation to be used to avoid hiring the “hidden walking wounded”, provides a physician’s summary report with a summary of physical demands to create timely return to work, and inexpensive ergonomic solutions. In addition, our proprietary Flex for Success App allows companies to rollout a cost-effective program that has metrics for continuous improvement and has proven to reduce employee fatigue and injuries.

GSC On-Site also offers an On-Site Staffing Model where a skilled Injury Prevention Specialist provides hands-on services to reduce OHSA recordable' s and reduced lost work days for short and long-term disabilities. Body mechanics coaching, ergonomic assessments, pre-employment/post offer agility testing and other direct services are provided. All services include metrics and employee feedback for objective return on investment.
