Ink Works is a twenty one year old company located about an hour north of Orange Beach, Alabama. The company has had consistent profitable growth, in an area of Alabama that most find very desirable.

We are in the business of screen printing and embroidering customer owned apparel. Print quality and turn around time are our keys to success. We are evolving from family owned to a multi million dollar entity. We operate the company in a 28,000 ft. facility which we own. We have eight screen print presses and 24 embroidery heads.

Our ideal candidate has 5-15 years of screen print/embroidery experience with exceptional motivation and teaching skills. He/she has the ability to streamline production, improve technology and is focused on success. We enjoy low employee turnover and we like to promote from within when possible.
