We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team! The Dispatcher is the "glue" that holds our store together. Dispatcher's primary job function is to pull orders for delivery and organize the deliveries in an efficient way. Other responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching drivers.

We are seeking employees who are eager to add to a positive working environment. We are looking for an honest, optimistic and organized person. *Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)*

Requirements:

Professional and Friendly
Prior Experience is an must
Ability to work from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
Ability to multi-task

Essential Job Duties:

Schedule routes with drivers
Communicate with Sales on delivery and route problems
Communicate with warehouse and delivery staff
Pass out work orders to be done
Must display a positive and friendly attitude and be highly motivated
Must provide superior customer service
Must be able to work outdoors regularly in varying temperatures
Familiarity with the Tri-County area is a plus
Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced setting with the ability to work calmly under pressure
Be functionally literate, capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure proper selection of parts including identifying numbers and letters accurately.

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands, Must Have Qualifications):

Education & Experience: High School diploma

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic computer skills (Microsoft office)/ability to multi-task and assign work as needed, Strong attention to detail, Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules. Routes and personnel

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Sitting most of the day

Must Have Qualifications: Previous Dispatching Experience and local area knowledge
