Attorney Mentoring and Development
Gordon & Rees is committed to developing excellent attorneys and is sensitive to the needs of new attorneys joining the firm. In this regard, we have developed a new attorney mentoring program whereby each new attorney is assigned to a senior attorney mentor within the firm to help guide the new attorney during his or her initial year with the firm.

Assignments
Based on the firm's needs and the associate's interests, each new associate is assigned to a practice group. Each practice group consists of a practice group leader who is responsible for all of the associates within each group. Work allocation depends on the needs of each practice group.

Continuing Education
Throughout the year, the firm provides a variety of live seminars, webinars and other resources so that its attorneys can educate themselves on issues that affect the legal community. Each attendee receives credit pursuant to their State Bar Continuing Legal Education guidelines.
