Experienced negotiator in business transactions-like in real estate, business brokerage or other. Visit owners of small businesses with the Broker for the purpose of getting our listing contracts signed for 6 months. We are Business Brokers. We sell peoples' businesses & collect a fee/commission just like real estate brokers do with homes. Must present appearance of confidence, accomplishments, & negotiating skills to our clients. Every Monday, the business owners' visits to their offices or homes will be posted to facilitate the best use of time. We belong to the International Business Brokers Association (the IBBA) & we use BizNexus, Constant Contact, & Text & Email Messaging to get our information to the owners of small businesses. Our closing percentage is over 95%. That is-95% of our listings are sold. The Broker has over 15 years of experience in negotiating transactions, first as a licensed real estate broker in the State of Ohio selling commercial real estate investment properties & then as a Business Broker in The State of Ohio & The State of Virginia.
