The New Providence Presbyterian Church is a thriving, vibrant 285-year-old congregation located in the heart of New Providence, New Jersey. Established in 1974, the NPPC School provides early childhood education to children between the ages of two and five years old in a warm and nurturing Christian environment. Our school currently has approximately 100 students and employs approximately 20 staff.

We believe that children grow and thrive in an atmosphere of Christian love where the curriculum addresses the needs of the whole child. Our staff is sensitive to the individual needs of each child; constantly guiding, challenging, encouraging, and loving each one. The school experience is designed to complement family life and we encourage frequent and open communication with parents. Our goal is to provide a quality learning experience which will enhance the spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of the young child.

Currently, the NPPC School offers a flexible schedule with two- to five-day options for 2-, 3-, 4-year-olds; full-week Pre-K and Kindergarten classes; before-school care (8-9am) and afterschool care (2:30-3:30pm); and a two-week summer program.
