California Barricade, Inc. is a small California Subchapter S Corporation and has been in business since 1984 providing work zone traffic control services and rental and sale of temporary traffic control devices. We service a variety of industries including, but not limited to: state and local governments, municipalities, environmental & engineering, paving, construction, pipeline, and entertainment companies.

We have held our C-31 contractor’s license, classified as a “work zone traffic control contractor” uninterrupted since this class was instituted in the year 2000. At that time, California Barricade, Inc. was grandfathered in when we were recognized as one of the few leading experts in the field.

California Barricade, Inc. employs highly trained ATSSA certified flaggers, traffic control supervisors, traffic control technicians, and traffic control plan design specialists who undergo training on a continuous basis. Their training and expertise gives them a working knowledge of how to accurately perform in diverse traffic situations per specifications outlined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices & WATCH, Caltrans Standard Plans, California Joint Utility Traffic Control Manual, and site specific traffic control plans.
