Society of the Holy Child Jesus, an international congregation of religious women in the Catholic Church, is seeking an accomplished and highly skilled full-time Administrator committed to our mission, vision and values to oversee our small New Sharon campus in Rosemont, PA.

The Administrator will provide overall leadership for the facilities operations and works under the direction of the Provincial Leadership Team. The Administrator develops and administers the operational budget and is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting. Staff development will include, but are not limited to design and implementing an Orientation Program for new employees, develop competencies fr job descriptions, design and oversee an educational program for employee development, updating employees on recent legislation changes in the field of geriatrics, and leadership development for managers.

Health Management will include, but are not limited to, approving staff scheduling based on budget and operational needs, attend quarterly conferences with interdisciplinary staff to discuss current plan of care for each residents, develop appropriate infection control procedures, and ensure guidelines are established for safe medication practice. Other areas that the Administrator will oversee are plant management, program development, professional development, and cultural awareness.

Educational Requirement:
A Nursing Home Administrator's License and/or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work or Health Administration is required.

Experience:
Previous healthcare experience working as an Administrator of a Nursing Home and previous supervisory experience is a must.
