Powell CWM, Inc. is an architecture design, civil engineering, and land surveying firm built on a legacy of
personalized client service, superior technical execution, and a dedication to delivering client’s vision.

Our office is located on the outskirts of Independence MO and is very accessible by several major
interstates. Just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City and close to various venues, national museums,
and some of the best BBQ you will eat. You also might have heard the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super
Bowl in 2020.

Independence is our address, but Blue Springs and Lee’s Summit are within a few minutes’ drive.
All three offer a median home price of less than $250,000 with accredited schools.

Powell CWM has been in business since 1952. Due to continued growth, we are adding to our talented
