A small family-owned estate where horses are bred and raised is in need of a chef to prepare meals for staff members and family. Required experience with or willingness to learn: kosher dietary restrictions, keto diet, low-fat diet, Japanese cuisine, Indian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, cheese-making, home-baked foods, organic and farm-to-table cuisine, fine and elegant cuisine for entertaining clients. Candidates must be creative, love to experiment, love to please with their culinary creations, flexible and eager to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and palettes.
