Austin Refrigeration & Air Conditioning isn't just a locally owned HVAC/R company operating out of Austin, Texas. No, we're more than that; we are family. I know that is possibly an overused term for businesses, but for us, it is true. Our employees hang out with us on the weekends, they go out on our boat on Lake Travis, they accompany us to BBQ competitions. We're a family who look out for each other, because we're the only ones who are going to ensure our families have everything they deserve. While some of our employees have very busy personal and/or family lives and don't socialize with us as much outside of work, that's fine too. We never impose anything on our guys excellent work ethic, but for anyone who is feeling froggy and wanting to have a good time after work hours, well, we've almost always got something going on.
