In 1959 Dr. Roger Bost, a pediatrician in Fort Smith, Arkansas, established Bost, Inc.

Bost, Inc. has become an Arkansas leader as a community-based, not-for-profit agency, offering a wide range of services and programs dedicated to developing services for and providing services to individuals in Arkansas who have mental and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other related conditions.

Currently, the agency serves over 1,000 men, women, and children with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs on a daily basis, so they can live, work and thrive in their own community.

Simply stated, Bost, Inc. is comprised of people empowering people.
