Ruth Lake Country Club sets itself apart in that it values the employees as much as it does the members. The club realizes that without a happy well- trained staff, it will not have happy members. The goal is always not to say no to a member. The staff is allowed to make decisions that directly impact the members.

Next year the club will be 100 years old. Celebrations are being planned now for this special year. Besides golf Ruth Lake also has a great Paddle program, along with tennis. The pool and cabana in the summertime is a fun place to be. Many club events happen throughout the year.
