Village Prime Meats was established in 1986 but is under new management now. We are keeping the same staff and great quality meats and marinades. We are listening to our customers and upgrading the store to be the best butcher shop in Westchester (For example adding more gluten-free and organic products). John Rubio who has been working at VPM for the past 18 years as a butcher bought the store with partner Jon Solodar from Scarsdale.
