Member Benefits

Compensation Plan

Sales Representatives will be paid for their results, not the number of hours they put in. But WoodmenLife gives them compensation to start out with; they don’t jump right into relying solely on commission. They receive $3,000 month one, $1,500 month two, and $750 month three.

Bonuses, Recognition & Awards

WoodmenLife offers more, like bonuses and expenses-paid, high-end Incentive Trips. We also recognize Sales Reps who consistently achieve their goals with awards such as Top Hat and President’s Club. On average, successful Representatives (those meeting contract requirements, eligible for benefits, and qualifying for the Incentive Trip) earn from $88,000 to $225,000 annually. Personalized Career Coaching

At WoodmenLife, Reps are independent, but they aren’t completely on their own. They can use the WoodmenLife Learning Center and their Recruiting Sales Manager (RSM) to help them out.

Marketing Materials

At WoodmenLife, all marketing materials are provided. This is a BIG deal, because other Sales organizations often require reps to pay for marketing tools out of their own pockets. Materials include:
•A full library of advertising options with free personalization
•A dedicated advertising team with free advertising plan consultations
•Free personalized marketing brochures, sales presentations and business cards
•Optional social media sales tools with an extensive library of posts to maximize your social media presence while remaining compliant
•Free access to a library of direct mail messaging

Additional Products

WIA and WFS provide you with more products to sell, and therefore more opportunities to make money. These additional products give Reps the ability to upsell with members down the road.
