Created by Kiva Guidroz, Chef Peter Sclafani, and Michael Boudreaux, SoLou is a new concept in the former Rum House location on Perkins Road. SoLou features Louisiana inspired comfort food with a twist as well as a large and comprehensive beverage program and a gorgeous oak tree covered patio. It is part of the Making Raving Fans Hospitality Group which includes 3 Portobello's Grills and P-Beau's Restaurant in Denham Springs and has been operating award winning restaurants for over 24 years.
