UltaCare Medical has been serving the elderly patient population for over 15 years. Our mission is to elevate the care that our senior population deserves by providing compassionate, responsive, expert medical services on-site, in senior living facilities, directly to the patient. We are a medical practice and practice management company. We contract with senior living facilities to grant us access to their residents and then embed the clinician in the facility. Our positions allow the clinician to work very independently and to make their own decisions regarding who to see and when to see them. Additionally we offer total flexible work schedules and do not mandate any specific start and stop times. Being embedded into these settings allows you to build meaningful relationships that is fulfilling and rewarding. We also offer industry leading pay with many of our clinicians earning in the 90% percentile and above for their role and geography.
