Serenity Health & Wellness Center is hiring part time and full time massage therapists. Also, therapist who work elsewhere but are looking to possibly add a shift or two per week. We are very flexible and accommodating.

-Serenity offers many complementing services such as acupuncture, infrared treatments, esthetics, yoga, and much more.

-Therapists will never need to worry about clientele. You will always be full regardless of how many days you work. All of the marketing is done for you with no cost to you. We are often on a daily waitlist.

-We take a deposit with every appointment scheduled so therapists are partially paid even if the client no shows or cancels within our 24 hour cancellation policy.

-Serenity has a generous tipping clientele.

-Therapists are able to receive a commission on retail products sold from our store.

-We have an upscale, beautiful, clean atmosphere with fountains, fireplaces, soft music, and aromatherapy throughout.

-Therapists have front desk staff and caring management who work for the them to ensure smooth operations, facility staging, and client satisfaction.

-There is no rent to be paid and the only cost to the therapist is their massage lotion/oil

STAFF PERKS:
-We support staff trades for continuous learning and growth as well as an opportunity for staff to take care of their body and mind.

-Therapists are offered complimentary infrared sauna treatments, foot detoxification treatments, aromatherapy salt soaks, and all yoga and fitness classes. Again, we want our staff taking care of themselves as well as the clients.

-Serenity staff are able to give (5) names of family and friends who will receive an ongoing 20% off discount at our facility. Also, staff receives upgrades and discounts at our Serenity nail salon that is currently down the road from the wellness center.

*We are offering a sign-on bonus after a year of employment with us. Massage therapist compensation ranges from $25-$35 per 60-minute relaxation massage. Percentage and pay goes up if client schedules a specialty massage or an add-on.
