Founded and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Equal Opportunity Schools works to transform the sense of what is possible for historically underserved and underestimated high school students by providing equitable opportunities to succeed at the highest academic levels. EOS partners with school, district, county, state, and national leaders around the country to close race and income enrollment gaps as well as success gaps in their Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) programs.

To date, EOS has partnered with more than 650 schools in 210 districts across 33 states and has found 50,000 first-time AP/IB students of color and low-income students.
EOS receives philanthropic support annually from the Google Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Raikes Foundation, among others.
