We are looking for an individual who has an attention for detail and is passionate about traveling. The goal is to keep your clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
• Arrange Travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
• Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to clients.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
