What Our Employees are Saying...
I was initially interested in Symmetry because I wanted to be my own boss. I also, really loved the idea of building a team and helping them reach their goals. Before Symmetry, I had been working in finance, accounting, and IT for almost 20 years in several large corporations. Symmetry provides me the flexibility to set my own hours and take time off for family when I want, without having to ask anyone for permission. Since I've been working with Symmetry, I have less stress and greater fulfillment knowing that I am helping protect families. I also love the culture of SFG; it's more like a really big family than a company. I would recommend Symmetry to anyone who wants to have a positive impact on others and be able to control their own destiny. There is no limit to what you can accomplish with Symmetry!
Deana Schultz
I came to Symmetry to shake up my status quo about my plan of action to financial freedom. I was patiently for the right opportunity to partner up with likeminded individuals to achieve the goal of financial freedom and more. Prior to Symmetry I worked in the tele communications field for 9 years. I knew the hard work that I put in daily toward helping customers was only helping the company and that simply allowed me the right to do it all over again the next day. With Symmetry I get to have a greater impact on the lives of my clients and build an agency that I own at the same time. My life and my family’s life have totally changed with Symmetry’s 4 Cornerstones of Success, and the most impactful cornerstone is “Commitment to Ongoing Self Improvement”. I would recommend every self-motivated, goal oriented, and coachable individual who strives to make a greater impact on the lives of others rather than themselves and want to have fun through it all. Why not make Symmetry your home?

I am a K-12 teacher and I am working for Symmetry to replace this job. Working in the classroom does not have flexible work hours. I came to Symmetry to make more money, enjoy my family more, and have a better work/life balance while providing valuable service and products options. The biggest impact of Symmetry so far is actually seeing that I can match and exceed my teaching salary. I would recommend Symmetry because it has great value as an essential business, an unlimited income potential, debt free education, various rewards for success; and more. But above all, I still get to help people and be my own boss.

I came to Symmetry for freedom of time and to earn enough income to allow me to leave my full time job. I was a full time Special Education teacher prior to becoming a full time agent with Symmetry. Working Symmetry allowed me for the 1st time in my life, to attend to the special needs of my own child without asking for permission to have days off work, just to have the requests declined for one reason or another! Symmetry has impacted my life in several ways. First, I now read for growth and self improvement. Next, because of the growth, I seek to be enlightened, not entertained and lastly, I can finally dream and know that with hard work and determination, the sky is truly the limit!

I came to Symmetry to have balance in my life and was looking for a company who appreciated my hard work ethics. I was a Sales Manager for AT&T for 6 1/2 yrs. The opportunities here are flexible. When I need to take off for personal reasons, I didn't have to bid or beg for time off. Symmetry has given me Financial freedom. With the hard work I had done for my previous employer, I never really had the time to enjoy the fruitage of labor because I worked so much. I highly recommend Symmetry if you're looking for satisfying work that's also challenging but can bring in substantial income along with freedom with your family, than this is the right place for you.
Lameca Pruitt Cordova TN
I came to Symmetry for a change in my life. I always wanted to have a bigger purpose or role when it came to doing something for others. I have a diverse background, I’ve been I. The food industry as a Sous Chef for the past 7 years. Before that I was coaching High School Football, and before that I was in school to become a teacher. The opportunities that Symmetry has and have provided are time and self development. I’ve been with no other company that promotes self development as much as Symmetry, the fact of working toward having time for myself and family are an absolute plus for me. I'm a better Father, Husband, friend, just and overall better human being because of Symmetry. I would recommend Symmetry to anyone who want to better themselves as a person (let alone make a nice dollar while doing it). But your dreams can beacons reality if you stick to the system, and follow the blueprint that so many have done before I got here.
Antonio Greer Memphis TN
I came to Symmetry because I want freedom from the mundane 9 to 5. I'm tired of trading my valuable time for pennies on the dollar. I was offered an opportunity to come to Symmetry to obtain financial freedom, and ownership of my own agency if I follow the System. Prior to Symmetry I worked as an insurance producer for an Agent of a captive insurance company. Time and Ownership!! Symmetry has a system in place that if you follow it you will be successful. You will hear this time and time again from the top agents of Symmetry that they have never seen anyone fail with the company who follows the system. I can attest to that. One of the Agency Owners I have the privilege to work under has completely transformed his life and I'm on my way to doing the same thing as long as I continue to follow the same system that worked for him. It's not magic. It's hard work and dedication but it's totally worth it! The FREE daily training Symmetry provides for us throughout every week has changed my life. I was a skeptic at first because we have a lot of meetings every week and that was new to me but I'm so thankful for them. My mindset has changed. I have become a better husband, father, son, and person just off of the personal development that they pour into me. Once again this is FREE development! Yes and I have! Symmetry has taught me to operate with an abundant mindset and not a mindset of scarcity. I know plenty of people who would enjoy this freedom but you have to earn it. Everybody that I tell about the company I share that you can experience having your time and money if you're willing to put your head down and go to work. Once again there are no magic tricks, and no overselling of you can become rich in a month. This is a one of a kind personal development company which happens to help people get insured.
Antonio Auriene Memphis TN
I came to Symmetry because I was tired of being over worked and making very little money. Giving all of m time to an employer that didn’t value me, my time, or my safety. I also liked the culture of Symmetry. I worked as an intake coordinator at an nonprofit outpatient mental health clinic. The freedom to work my own hours and for myself. I dictate my worth and how much income I want to earn. I haven’t worked for symmetry very long, only a three months so I am still in the process of acclimating myself to system and falling in love with process. It’s hard work but I definitely know it is well worth the wait. This business is not for everyone but if you are self motivated and hang in there unto fall in love with the process it will be well worth it.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? Sales Manager at a General Motors dealership. $110k a year. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? Work life balance and that my efforts would be working towards my own dreams not someone else’s. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? Several ways. My best month here so far was $27k in commission, so from an income standpoint, last year I made way more then I ever had in the car business. From a work life balance standpoint, I was able to move to beautiful Franklin, TN and work from home most days instead of living at the car dealership 12-15 hours a day. From a personal growth standpoint, Symmetry and its leadership have continued to help me grow and become a better leader every year. I knew how to be a good sales manager at the dealership but hear they have taught me how to be a good leader and a liberator of people. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Just a whole different lifestyle altogether that I wouldn’t have been able to experience at the car dealership. From a time perspective, we’ve been able to go on several nice trips and are really looking forward to the Costa Rice trip this year. Really, everything has though. We can go to restaurants that we never would have been able to justify spending the money on before. And several other luxuries, including some fine cigars and bourbon that I never would have even taken a look at before. What advice do you have for a new agent? Sacrifice the now for the later. This is a very short term sacrifice for an opportunity that you will reap the rewards of for a lifetime. Don’t forget to enjoy the journey and be grateful for the stage you are currently in and what you have already accomplished. Learn to put your faith and emotions in the activity and not the results. When your faith and emotions are focused on the results, you will add a lot of unnecessary pressure and it is easy to become frustrated instead of grateful.

What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Amazing vacations for 2-3 months each year, business ownership, work from anywhere in the world as long as I have cell signal and a laptop. What advice do you have for a new agent? Tap into your grit. Take ownership for everything that happens, good or bad, in your business. Give it two years before you quit.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was an elementary school teacher making less than $40,000 per year. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The ability to create a strong income AND time, along with the option to build a long-lasting system-driven income to create a true legacy. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? My life is entirely different. I work fewer hours and make 3-4 times the amount of money. It isn't about the amount of money, though. It's about the fact that my stress is at an all-time low and my personal joy and fulfillment are at all-time highs. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? I can finally focus on what truly matters in life - spending time developing stronger relationships with my family and friends, picking up hobbies I had previously set aside, and making an impact in the lives of clients I help protect and agents I help train. The lifestyle I am blessed to live has dramatically changed as well. Never before would I have been able to earn 3 all expense paid vacations to dream destinations in just a year and a half. What advice do you have for a new agent? Become the most coach-able, hard-working version of yourself you ever imagined, and push yourself to keep stretching those limits. He or she who works the hardest and is the most teachable is also the individual who wins the largest here.

Travel the world on all-expenses-paid luxury vacations (I never even dreamed of that before). Help my kids create valuable relationships with high-level kids they wouldn't have met before (parenting is all about giving your kids better opportunities than you had). What advice do you have for a new agent? Do everything your upline suggests, immediately. They really do have your best interests in mind AND they see the big picture.

I was able to buy them a very nice vehicle when there's broke down. I am able to support local missions and projects in my Church and community. I get to sponsor international missions outreach and sponsor the needs of under privileged children who are otherwise deprived of their basic survival necessities. Me and my family have been on 7 all expenses vacations in 4 years! What advice do you have for a new agent? Prove the numbers right. Don't get beat on the very 2 things that you have 100% control of here, attitude and activity. If you stay plugged in and find a spark of belief this opportunity can be a life changing career for you and your family.
Rex Knight Jr
What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? Region Director for a healthcare business development company. $68,000 salary What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? Time, money, ownership. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? The freedom is incredible. God has blessed our journey and we are experiencing financial freedom and relational success. My wife and I know that we can do so much good in our community and the world. We now own two cars and are thrilled we can be generous to our family and business partners! Making 6 figures is great, but what we are able to do with it is what excites us. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Generosity has always been important to us. We are able to give more than ever. We have always wanted to travel. We would have never dreamed we would visit the Bahamas, Key West, and Cuba in less than two years! We are still working on a solid schedule, but we now have time to do things with our kids. What advice do you have for a new agent? Embrace the challenge. Find your point of maximum sustainable effort and don't let up.
Derek Maddox Grand Rapids MI
What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was a purchasing manager making 60k annually. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The opportunity to make an income based on my efforts rather than what someone else felt I was worth. I was also tired of helping to build my boss's dream instead of my own. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? My income has doubled in the year and a half that I have been here and we have just barely scratched the surface. The most important thing to me, however, are the relationships that have been built. I went through the toughest challenge of my life fighting cancer and I had an entire company in my corner. The support I received was absolutely amazing and I would walk through a brick wall for my new family. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? The opportunity to build a business through sweat equity versus investing with a ton of capital of which I did not have! With my old "job," I worked so many hours just to still be broke. Now I'm qualifying for cruises and taking family vacations without stressing about bills. My wife will also be able to fire her boss by the end of 2019, allowing us to build our business together. What advice do you have for a new agent? DON'T QUIT! When you are going through those tough phases of this business, just remember why you came here. Listen to your mentors, follow the system like your livelihood depends on it, and get back up every single time you get knocked down. That's how you win here.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was a Manager at a Captive Insurance Agency. I was averaging between $75,000-$85,000 per year, working 50-60 hours a week. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The idea of having BOTH time and money, and true ownership of my business. Where I came from, in order to make more money, I would have had to sacrifice even more time away from my family. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? I think the real question should be "how has your life not changed since joining Symmetry?" In all seriousness, my life has changed for the better in almost every area. I now have the ability to spend more time with my family. I can be in attendance, and even more importantly, be present at all the events for my children. We have also been intentional about being smarter with our finances, and are in the process of trying to eliminate our debt. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Since joining symmetry approximately 18 months ago, I have read more books than I did in the previous 31 years of life. Through the process of working with Giant Worldwide, I have learned more about myself and am taking a deep dive inside. I lost roughly 35 lbs from June-Sept. of last year and have gotten much healthier all around. My wife just gave birth to our 3rd child, and our plan is for her to not to return to work once her maternity leave is completed. What advice do you have for a new agent? Plug into the system and follow the leader! Don’t be half committed.

I’m engaged now and my fiance, son and I will be traveling to Cuba this Summer. My brother is in the process of getting his Insurance license and will be joining my Agency. What advice do you have for a new agent? COMMIT! Doesn't matter what path/career you choose. Just decide to commit and throw your entire self at the opportunity.

The longer I am here & the more I grow my business the less I have to tell my friends and family that I have to chose work over them. What advice do you have for a new agent? Be patient with yourself as you go through your learning curve. Be trusting of the system and your mentor. We are a leadership development company that strives to find business partners not "employees". Brandi Kimbrell
What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was a Financial planner for the majority of my career, however the most recent position previous to Symmetry was in IT sales. Approximate income for that position was 60k/yr. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? Originally to get back in the financial field and develop the income my family was accustomed too. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? After the economy downturn in 2008-2012 and my financial planning career went from amazing to nonexistent, so did my ability to dream big. I’ve always been a dreamer with an overly optimistic, almost naive outlook on life. So that was a very dark time for me. Discovering and embracing the opportunity Symmetry has to offer led me out of that dark place and I’m forever grateful. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Just the ability to build a sustainable, scale-able, recession proof business that will be passed down to my family when I’m gone. And having the work life balance while I’m building is just amazing. I’ve been searching for this opportunity my whole life and I’m glad I found it. What advice do you have for a new agent? Symmetry is not about luck or a lottery, it takes consistent effort doing the right things long enough to win. Good news is there is a map and a guide to get you there. Do it now, don’t wait, and your not too far future self will thank you for it!
Sterling Gatling Grand Rapids MI
What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? 8 years as a Sales Manager and Finance Director at a local, and busy Honda/BMW/VW Dealership, making $200,000 What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? I loved the fact that I could build a business for myself. And that I could earn an income based on my performance and work ethic, instead of having someone else determine my worth. I also wanted to make a difference and help others. I wanted to feel good about what I do, to know I’ve made positive impact on the clients I assist. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? Where do I begin? We are free! I no longer have to work 10-12 hours a day at a thankless JOB. No more dealing with office politics and building another person’s dream. I get to be the husband and father I want to be. I was also able to replace my $200,000 income in about 9 months. And I was working 10-15 hours less a week, mostly from home, compared to the car business. It was a dream I never thought would come true, to make an income out of my home office. I also get to do all of this business with my family! My wife “retired” as a nurse and runs our agency on the administration side. My Father and I own the agency together, and my mother handles marketing for the agency. We have extended family that works with our agency as well, including some rising through the levels of leadership. It’s been a true family business for us, one that has provided freedom from the corporate environment. It has allowed us to build a business that will change our family for generations to come. My family has traveled to destinations we never thought we would visit, all paid for by the company or one of our insurance carriers. In 2020, we are traveling for almost a full month, all paid for, to places like Greece, Italy, Costa Rica, Mexico, and more. And all of these trips are spent with lifelong friends we’ve made here at SFG. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or were unable to in another career? I would have missed out on what’s most important to me, and that’s getting as much time as I want with my wife and 2 young kids. I missed out on the first 2 years of my daughter’s life. I was out of shape and becoming unhealthy, mostly due to taking on large amounts of stress and pressure on a daily basis. I vowed when I left, to do whatever it takes to make this opportunity work for myself and my family. I promised my family I would be present. With SFG, I’ve been able to become a much better version of myself. And while I am still a work in progress, it’s the self-improvement side along with the positive impact SFG provides that has allowed me to grow into the husband, father, and mentor I need to be. Now we get the honor and privilege to help others experience the same freedom and income that we have enjoyed for the past 5 years. The most rewarding part of this journey, aside from the personal impacts it’s had on my life, is the ability to watch others go through that transformation and become truly free. What advice do you have for a new agent? ENJOY THE JOURNEY! This business can take you farther than you ever imagined, IF you come in and follow the system. Be coach-able, be consistent, be persistent in your activity, bring your passion for helping others and making an impact, and enjoy the ride. The correct attitude, combined with massive action and constant correction wins here. What we do makes a difference and what we have to offer is so important and so needed!
Nate Hall
What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was in warehouse management, making around $60k/yr. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The ability to have work/life balance, as well as build something I can hand down to my son and future generations. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? When I worked in warehouse management, I would leave my house every morning between 2am-4am, and then get home around 6pm or later, Mon-Sat. Now I have breakfast with my son every morning and I spend more time with my wife. This has made my relationship with them stronger and given myself a renewed passion for life. In warehouse management I was paid based off how much I could squeeze out of my employees, for the least amount of return for them. Here at Symmetry, I get paid by how much value I can add to others (clients and agents). The fulfillment that comes from helping others in their career instead of using them is priceless. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? The opportunity to Impact those around me by offering hope. Whether it’s for the clients and helping them ensure financial security for their family, or for agents and introducing them to a system that can help them be liberated both in their career and financially. It has also allowed my wife and I to dream again, we’ve started making plans for the future. Without the Symmetry system that would be financially unattainable. What advice do you have for a new agent? When I first came here in 2017, I thought that time=success. I thought that if I just stayed around long enough, that I was entitled to the results. What I learned was that time by itself=frustration. Frustration financially and personally, and it almost made me give up on my dreams. It almost made me quit on the promises I made to my wife when we started here. What I have learned is that the formula for success is time + intention-ality. My advice would be to get intentional right away. Change, Grow, Repeat.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was a Manager at a weight loss company, averaging between $50,000-$55,000 per year. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The idea of having both time, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to create a business that my family can inherit. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? Symmetry has radically changed my life. I can spend time with my family whenever I want. Before I started with SFG, I hardly ever got to spend time with my children. I missed out on many of their “first moments.” Most days I only got to see my baby girl awake for an hour before I left for work, but it's not like that now. I also love how Symmetry is a leadership development company. The culture and mentorship is unparalleled. Because of the invaluable support, encouragement and guidance, I’m not only learning to be a better leader, but I’m also learning to be a better husband, father, friend and person. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? A few months after I started working with SFG my mother in law was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had a drastic personality change. Because of SFG, my wife was able to quit her stressful Title 1 teaching job and be there for her mom and our young children. (My mother in law had an operation and they removed the non-cancerous tumor). Because of SFG, my wife can still be a stay at home mom. Also, since SFG offers the Debt Free Life Program, we are going to be debt free, including our mortgage, in less than 8 years. And without having to spend any more money to accomplish this goal. What advice do you have for a new agent? Building is a process of growing as a leader. Be the example of the system and share the opportunity. Don’t expect results without committing to personal growth. The road is not easy, but it’s worth it. Embrace the struggle. Dave Cushner said, “If you aren’t getting the results you want, it's your fault.” If you have a $50,000 week, it's your fault.” You have to accept 100% responsibility for the results that you get.”
Tom McDonald
What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was a college basketball coach for 12 years. My income was never greater than $45,000. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? My original attraction was simply a Lead System that would allow me to connect with people that were asking for our help. I walked through the door for the leads but I planted my flag for the leadership. Symmetry Financial Group, and in particular the Delaney Agency, is led by genuine men & women that had something special inside of them that needed to get out. Through a combination of relentless self-development, massive activity, & associating properly, they built a new belief in themselves. They became free. And I’ve learned that broken people break other people. But free people – free people. And our leadership team is on a mission to share the wealth of opportunity, but more importantly, to help free more people. Those were the type of people I wanted to become more with. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? As a basketball coach I spent a disproportionate amount of time on my craft, while neglecting every aspect of my personal growth. Only now do I realize that my failings in that career were centered around my ability to be more. But strength comes from struggle – always has. I’ve learned in my time with this team that the two most important words in leadership are not “hear me”. Rather, they are “watch me”. I’m spending more time on myself today in preparation for what my team will need tomorrow. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Own a business that can be passed on to our children or outlive me. If the last level of leadership is legacy – the opportunity with Symmetry Financial Group is second to none. What advice do you have for a new agent? There is incredible value in association and disassociation. Be prepared to leave some things behind…we all did. There are people in your life that don’t want you to be “too successful”. We call them dream-stealers. You call them friends & family. Symmetry Financial Group is a really hot fire on a cold night. Get close to it & then stay around long enough for us to get what’s buried inside of you – out.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I owned an Allstate Agency paying myself $75,000. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? Agency Ownership (Team Building) & the Lead System How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? More time working from home, the ability to schedule work around my life. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Again, really just the freedom to work my business around my life. What advice do you have for a new agent? Pay close attention, plug in, follow SFG System, and start recruiting in your first month

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? Car Sales - 100k+/yr What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? Freedom. I was already earning a great paycheck in my early twenties and that was no longer important to me. My bank account was full but my relational account was empty. I went to a National Conference for Symmetry and I saw what looked like on the surface, ordinary people experiencing extraordinary results. They were in control of their lives and that’s what I wanted. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? My golf game is better than ever before! I finally have the time to do things that fulfill me. On the business and relational side, I’ve been able to move from being impacted to making an impact on others. Now both of those accounts are full and I’m in control of my life. I get to spend almost every day alongside of my wonderful wife, building a lifelong business for ourselves and our future children. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? The opportunity to serve others and help them be their best selves. In my previous profession it was a dog eat dog world. To move up and advance my career I would have to step on others and push people down. Now I get to push people up. I also spent over 5 years looking at the same car lot every day for 12 hours. My first year with SFG, I traveled/vacationed more than I had in the last 10 years. What advice do you have for a new agent? Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment. Here at SFG your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them. Remember that success is not about the numbers, it’s when you discover your purpose and you complete it before you die.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? Different types of sales, but mostly office equipment. My best year was $150k, I had a great Manager and an easy schedule. As a sales job it was great, but the business wasn't mine and I was burning out. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? Total burn out mixed with a desperation for something new, something outside the field I was in. I’d always wanted to start a business on my own but looking back, my self-belief was limited. I could never zero in on anything that I really liked. Previous sales jobs where hostile, with toxic environments, so I knew it couldn't just be another sales position. Symmetry gave me the opportunity to do something that added tremendous value to others. But not only that, it allowed me to start a real business, make a great income and most importantly, make an impact on others. The families I help get protected and I get to extend the wealth of opportunity to others that are looking for something similar. I was determined to never leave, no matter how long it took me to be successful at Symmetry. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? I have grown so much as a person and developed as a leader of an amazing team. This is something I would have never been comfortable doing at any other company. This is all thanks to the self-development that is instilled in us by the incredible leaders of this great company. Something I was never encouraged to do at any other job. I continue to work at being the best version of myself each day. It’s impossible for me to lead others if I cannot know and lead myself. When I came to Symmetry, as many have said before, I was "broke and broken.” But now, we are more financially stable than ever and my family time overflows, which is super important to me. The important areas of my life are now "Symmetrical.” What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? The opportunity to start an incredible business as opposed to my old "Hero to Zero" sales jobs. Pushing myself with a specific goal and timeline to become Agency Owner. Being able to leave my agency to my family if I pass away is huge to me. A legacy. I've had tons of jobs and tried to start several small businesses, none of which were successful AND fulfilling. Symmetry gives us the opportunity to have both success and, more importantly, deep fulfillment and satisfaction of great impact. What advice do you have for a new agent? Three things: 1. Keep SPECIFIC GOALS attached to a specific timeline right in front of you. 2. DON'T OVER THINK IT or reinvent any part of this amazing system. Symmetry has a 10 year track record. It works, if you do. "Plug in and Work!" 3. HELP OTHERS, like your upline and your team mates. "You can have everything in the world that you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want". ~Zig Ziglar

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? The hospitality industry for all my working life. I was giving up everything for my career. I was 34, single with no children, underappreciated, and overworked. I was the General Manager of a pretty busy corporate restaurant and I did well financially with my last year topping out at 129k. I believe that’s the top 10%-15% in the nation as far as income earned. But I knew very little then, compared to what I know now. It did not matter how much I was making after two decades of being run into the ground. I was beginning to have health problems at only 34 and saw where that future was heading, so I dared to make a change. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? It was definitely the people. I never imagined I’d go into sales in my life and accept commission only! And definitely not insurance sales. But that is not what Symmetry is. Insurance sales is how we pay our bills, our culture is about changing people for the better. I'm so glad I was able to appreciate the people and culture enough that I could get out of my own way. Good is too often the enemy of great! I had a good life, and I'm so relieved I didn't accept that in place of the great life I was searching for! How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? It is hard to explain how my life isn't different since coming on board with Symmetry. It’s astronomically better in every single way. I’m a better friend, family member, father and husband. I had a pretty fruitful life before SFG, or so I thought, but I didn't understand how good it could be. When money no longer has any bearing on your decisions, life gets really fun. You’re able to contribute to others lives and be an impacting factor. Symmetry is system driven income. I followed their teachings and have achieved everything they said I would and more. I was given a terminal illness diagnosis and I have time to tend to myself and my family’s needs. I cannot explain how having my owner’s contract has made this whole ordeal so much easier. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? I’ve made significant donations to the charities I believe in. Once you make your money right, it allows you to make an impact in giving. I’ve also been able to take a step back from my business to handle my health issues. Imagine being told you are going to die and you’re in a position that if you stop working, you stop making money. I did have to stop working at times, and my money did not stop coming in. And because I have an amazing team, with incredible people and leaders, my income actually increased! At a time when I’ve needed to care for myself and have been the least involved, my team has nearly doubled in size. The treatment I’ve needed has cost me quite a bit of money and SFG has given me so many options. If I had remained in the restaurant business, I would likely not have had many treatment options. I'm very fortunate I found Symmetry. What advice do you have for a new agent? This is probably the most common answer in this section, but the truth is...just don’t quit! You will learn how to do this well enough if you just don't quit. Knowing what I know now, I would go through 10 times the struggle I went through to have the life I have now. With some hard work and dedication to the system, it is simply amazing what you can achieve here. Money is not everything, but it sure does give you so many more options. They say you get one or two real opportunities in life that if you don't take advantage of them, you’re destined to live a life of mediocrity. Don't do that. Take this opportunity and be great. Symmetry allowed me to dream again, dreams that had long ago faded in my life. Take this chance and change who you are. Become the person you’ve always wanted to be and start dreaming again.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was a college baseball coach making approximately $30k. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? My original attraction was to own my time and be in business for myself. I knew that this industry is very lucrative for the people who had success. It was very important for me to see a culture, system, and resources in place where hard work and character could be implemented. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? My life is much more abundant. From income, relationships, responsibilities, and time – I feel much more fulfilled and wake up ready to grow each day. The culture and mentorship within, not only the Delaney Agency, but Symmetry as a whole, has pushed me to grow professionally and personally into the person I ultimately want to become. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? In my first full year of business with Symmetry, I was able to earn two all-expense paid vacations with my fiancé. But more importantly, I’ve been able to give back to my community both financially and from a time standpoint. I wasn’t able to do this prior to Symmetry. What advice do you have for a new agent? Become a student of the game. Own it. Embrace the process and tie your emotions to the process, rather than the immediate result. If you can do that, you'll surprise yourself. You’ll see how far you've come, and that the sacrifice you made to become the person you are was well worth it.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? Car Sales, making less than $50,000 a year. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The Values they stand upon! I was already doing pretty well in my early twenties. I had a passion for sales and entrepreneurship and I knew where I wanted to go. But it seemed as if I could never get there. All that changed when I found Symmetry and went to a National Conference where I saw people talking about mindset, personal growth and freedom versus money. I saw people learn to grow their minds to grow their life and I wanted to be a part of that. I knew I had all the potential in the world, but where I struggled was finding the mental capacity to change my dreams into reality. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? I believe in myself now. I now know if I put my mind to anything, I can accomplish everything I ever wanted. I learned that it’s more important to work on yourself than your business, because I only can grow my business, my life, my finances only to the level of my belief. Today I stand more capable than I’ve ever stood in my life, but in the same moment I stand the least capable I’ll ever be. And that’s because I know that the future successful version me is counting on me to grow myself, to assure that he will exist! Life prior to Symmetry was trying to figure out what I wanted to do in life. Life with Symmetry is knowing exactly who Gino Locklear is and exactly how to accomplish any and everything I put my mind to. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? For starters, I am DEBT FREE! It amazes me what I’ve been able to accomplish in the 2 short years with this company. Going into Symmetry the titles I’d created for myself were “college dropout, military dropout, don’t finish anything you start, and etc.” But today, I look in the mirror and I’m proud of what I see. I’ve built myself into someone who can make over 6-figures a year, someone who finishes what he starts, someone of value, someone of hard work, someone who can be trusted, and someone who saw that his past wasn’t going to stop him from pursuing his dreams and making them into a reality. I was able to do all that within 2 years, I’m thrilled to see what life is going to look like 10 years from now! What advice do you have for a new agent? Give yourself a true chance to be great! All the potential is within you, but no one can do the work for you! An author once said “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start in order to ever be great!” Here at Symmetry, the lifestyle you create and the income you create is going to be a direct reflection of the work you put in. We are an entry level sales position, so you don’t necessarily need all the sales skills or history in the industry, all you need is a humble/hungry mentality and a strong work ethic. Humble enough to learn, hungry enough to overcome any obstacles that make come your way, and the ability to put in the work! NOW, GO!!!

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? Territory Sales Manager for Gannett News Paper . What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The lead source and opportunity. I used to own a printing and mailing company, and I’d searched for years to find an opportunity that would provide an avenue to be come self-employed again. I wanted to the $250,000 again but not have the $200,000/month overhead. I wanted to make a comfortable income, something that was recession proof, something that helped people, and something I could hand down to my children. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? I get to spend more time with my family. I've been married 32 years and Janet and I hardly ever took time away. We once went 20 years with out taking a week's vacation. The summer of 2019, we actually took 4 weeks vacation - real vacations away from home. We had more vacation time in one summer than we’d had in 25 years. We went to Hershey, PA and my oldest daughter (23) stated that it was the 1st vacation or getaway she’d ever remembered that I did not work, and was present with the family the entire time. That woke me up, I realized how much time our family had lost over the years. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Unlimited growth: Personal growth, financial growth, relationship growth, and personal hobby growth. Balance. What advice do you have for a new agent? Jump in with both feet. Don't worry about falling, there are plenty of people to be your safety net. You just have to trust and take massive action during the massive action time in your schedule.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? I was an outbound sales call center trainer for 8 years prior to joining SFG. I made about $40,000/year. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The ability to build a business and leverage a system rather than having to leverage my time forever. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? How has my life stayed the same would be a shorter answer. Everything has changed for the better. My health, relationships, parenting, free time, income, independence, confidence etc. I could go on for hours about the different ways Symmetry has changed my life. In order to get the results from my life that I wanted, I had to give up who I was and work on myself first and foremost. As symmetry encourages me to grow myself and gives me the direction and support to do so, every facet of my life continuously improved. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? The opportunity to partner with like-minded business partners and build a level of trust that is rare in this world today. Symmetry’s system gives me the opportunity to travel the world and opens up new life experiences. Most importantly, I’ve had the opportunity to say that I didn't just try my best; I was my best. What advice do you have for a new agent? Become and remain a sponge. The journey never ends. We will always be growing and learning. We will never hit a point in life that we have 'arrived' at the top of the mountain. Enjoy and embrace the toughness of the climb. Take the journey into yourself and your own development. Do not compete with others, do not compare yourself to others. Compete against your rate of learning yesterday and keep learning. Reach out to your upline, and to their upline. Constantly be communicative and don't stop moving. Most importantly: Never. Quit.

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income? Bellman for 6 years, 25k/yr. Sales Support for a technology distribution company, $13.68/hr. What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group? The idea that I could get paid what I was worth without having an outside source dictate that for me. I wanted time and money. I wanted to be my own boss and be solely responsible for my own income. How has your life changed since joining Symmetry? $26k/year to $40k/month in 5 years, and I’ve been completely out of the field since 2018. I have the ability to travel around the country and visit some of the world's most incredible destinations. My life is forever changed and I am eternally grateful. What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career? Travel, unlimited time with my wife and soon to be newborn son, reading the restaurant menu's left to right instead of right to left. What advice do you have for a new agent? It's worth it. The #1 thing that sets apart the people that make it here vs the people that don't is commitment. Learn to commit yourself fully to this. Have faith that if you follow the 4 cornerstones of success and do what your mentor tells you to do, you will succeed
