Pasquale (Pat) Franchi founded a masonry construction company in 1950 to provide skilled labor, project management, and integrity to local building projects. With early success and an increasing demand for his services, in 1963 the masonry venture grew into Franchi Construction Company, Inc., a national and international construction company.
In the early 1970’s, Franchi Management Company was formed to manage the company’s real estate. The company’s portfolio includes over 1,100 apartments and 500,000 +/- square feet in commercial, retail, and office space as well a recreational facility.
The Franchi Management Company Today
Today, the Franchi family brings over 80 years of combined industry experience to all existing and planned projects, including residential subdivisions, condominiums, and commercial properties.
