The Mortgage Network is a privately held Colorado Corporation formed in 1985, with branches in Texas, Wyoming, South Carolina, Florida, and Washington. We are an elite brokerage that only hires the best Mortgage Brokers in the business. We are growing very fast and we have an agenda to expand into all fifty states. We are looking for professional Loan Originators to come aboard and help us build and grow. We are a family here at the Mortgage Network Our partners love working here and it shows with an average Loan Officer tenure of 15 years, and several LO's staying with us for over 20 years. We offer 2.5% comp/split to experienced LO's as well as pure pricing from our wholesale lending partners

As an FHA and VA approved lender, we are able to offer our clients a full range of federally insured or guaranteed loans as well as those offered to the marketplace by FNMA and FHLMC. Our long standing relationships with some of the nations most trusted wholesalers insure that our clients obtain the right loan for their circumstance at the right price. We consider ourselves fortunate to also work with a number of private money sources that allow us to work with borrowers who may have more difficult loans to place.
The Mortgage Network hires only experienced, bonded and licensed mortgage loan originators. In general, mortgage brokers are held to the highest standards for education and licensing of lenders in the US, in fact we are required to provide you with much more information than our banking competitors, so you can have absolute confidence that there will be no surprises on the day of closing.
