Hannis L. Stoddard, III D.V.M. founded Avid Identification Systems, Inc. in 1985. Dr. Stoddard owns his practice in Norco, California, specializing in avian medicine and surgery. He is also responsible for the design and advancement of diagnostic and therapeutic protocols and equipment for avian medicine. In 1986, he developed the widely acclaimed A.I.C.U. (Animal Intensive Care Unit) which has been recongnized by veterinarians and aviculturists world-wide. He served four year as an Army Veterinary Surgeon assigned to the Special Forces. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Dr. Stoddard received his D.V.M. degree in 1974.
