Klamath Health Partnership is an FQHC, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral and community health services to the medically underserved of the Klamath Basin in south central Oregon. We are pleased to have received the Tier 3 Certification from the Oregon Health Authority Patient Centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH) for our quality of care. We are committed to the lifetime wellness of our community, by providing accessible care to everyone with compassion and respect, regardless of ability to pay.
Klamath Health Partnership is staffed by a comprehensive team of over 50 health professionals consisting of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, lab and x-ray technicians, dentists, dental hygienists, and certified ancillary personnel, some of whom are bilingual.
