Our Integrative Primary Care Family Practice Model offers not only conventional primary care but also incorporates the best of complementary therapies from around the world to help you achieve optimum wellness, not just freedom from disease. Our Registered Dietitian works with patients with a variety of health goals from weight loss to managing and reversing the progression of chronic diseases. With a focus on whole foods and portion sizes, patients learns to use real food to take control of their health and reach their goals, integrated care, where physician and RD collaborate, creates the optimal environment for lifelong changes to occur, and a holistic approach cares for body, mind and soul.
