A locally owned Home Health Agency located in Lima Ohio since 1994. Our fully licensed and professional staff consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Social Worker, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Companions and Homemakers; physical, occupational and speech therapy are provided through a contract with a therapy company. Someone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for emergency situations.

Our mission at CONTINUED CARE, INC. is to put the care back in nursing and to do so in the conducive environment of our client's residence. Its purpose is to protect life and health and to ensure respect for the human being.
We will attend to them with love and dedication and uphold their dignity of self.
We will do more than just medicate them; we will take the time to talk and share with them while giving them quality care.
CONTINUED CARE, Inc.’s goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles: the belief in the innate worth of the sick, the aged and/or disabled individual and the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin or handicap(s) is entitled to maximize his potential as a human being and as a member of society.
