Service crews are strategically based to handle an emergency in a fast and cost effective fashion, often times in a matter of hours if required.



After years of research and development, SOS added on site paper roll resizing to complement our paper roll services. Resizing is a cost effective alternative to rewinding as a means to handle water or edge damaged rolls or converting roll inventory to a new size. This service is also performed on site and provides a precision cut and finish without changing the mill tension. Our patented machines are highly effective (best in the industry) in capturing and containing dust from the trimming operation. SOS machines are designed to be set up and operational within 30 minutes after arriving at a facility. In addition, the process not only produces a perfect roll after resizing but the trim waste is easily managed and in a form that maximizes scrap value.
