Hudson Group's flagship brand is Hudson News, North America's only national newsstand brand. Other concepts include Hudson Booksellers, Euro Cafe, and Kids Works, and retail shops serving the traveller in partnerships with well-known brands including Life is Good and Sunglass Hut Private equity firm Advent International acquired Hudson Group in 2007 and in 2008 merged it with Swiss travel retailer Dufry AG.
