Glenn Wayne Bakery began operations in 1990 and after outgrowing 4 locations, we settled into our state of the art 35,000 square foot facility.

We are a full line bakery manufacturer, offering the highest quality products at the most competitive prices.

We deliver fresh daily in the New York metropolitan area and produce a high quality frozen product available for distribution nationwide.

Our Research and Development room is constantly being utilized to develop and perfect all of our products.
