Our Front Desk team’s most important job is learning about our clients' needs and matching them to the therapists that will best be able to address them. By focusing on the client’s variables, we’re able to make sure that our clients and our therapists are set up for a successful session. We want our clients to have an exceptional experience every time they call us and step through our doors. The FD team prides itself on providing a level of client service that is second to none. We work to make sure all our team and client interactions are done with our BMT Service Wrapper hugging them tightly.
