The Manager of Maintenance Services will work in collaboration with engineering professionals, construction professionals, DC Operations and brand leadership to support both short- and long-term strategies. This incumbent will provide oversight to maintain the facilities infrastructure and related assets. Additionally, this role provides leadership for the Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities include:
Provide an overall strategy and introduce best practices as it relates to maintenance management
Responsible for all facilities related activities on all shifts per assigned building
Responsible for both routine and non-routine departmental operating procedures and policies as they relate to building, grounds keeping, electrical, HVAC, electronics, material handling and vehicle maintenance
Communicate and interact successfully with the Customer daily
Secondary cross functional enterprise-wide initiatives and project management as assigned
To recommend and /or initiate short term changes to meet long-range goals and objectives
Provide required leadership for Maintenance Technicians
Identify non-productive situations and seek solutions to problems
Analyze job accomplishments and advise key members of the staff on work completed, problem areas and recommend areas for improvement
Formulate and manage the department operating budget including related cost tracking, purchase order and invoice approval
