Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic direction of technology domain(s), services and processes typically involving multiple business units, operating companies or enterprise scale. Inspires, guides, and develops a team of leaders who are responsible for delivering technology. Accountable for developing strategies and executing on the technology/services roadmap for responsible domain(s), quality of solutions, and reliability of operations. Responsible portfolio will typically include, a combination of large scope, complexity, significant business value, high business impact to multiple business units or enterprise. Engages directly with senior leadership in the business units across the enterprise to establish a comprehensive understanding of their current and future goals and initiatives in order to identify and collaborate creative and effective technology solutions/services.

Job Description

What youll do:

  • Provides oversight and direction of activities to deliver services/projects/processes per commitments to create value and reliably operate technology solutions.
  • Establishes teams talent strategy and oversees the talent management activities including hiring, developing and performance management.
  • Financial management of a portfolio of technology/process assets and human resources.
  • Leads the strategic planning & deployment of strategy.
  • Establishes the areas continuous improvement plan and oversight of the implementation of associated initiatives.
  • Builds and sustains collaborative business partnerships (internal, external suppliers and vendors).
  • Collaborates with peers to share and learn.
  • Establishes and maintains an open and collaborative environment that promotes safety, accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Stays current with industry and technology trends.
  • Continuously develops necessary professional, industry, and technical knowledge to guide team strategy and provide value to the organization.

What were looking for:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related technical field is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, which includes 8 years of leading large portfolio of projects & services, is required.

Compensation Range:

$221,489.00 - $287,934.50
