Join our team at IMI Industrial Services Group as a Director of Customer Success and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. As a leader in industrial contracting services, we are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction and has the skills to drive success in a remote work environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of customer success representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
• Train new hires on customer service best practices and company policies
• Oversee order entry, processing, and fulfillment to meet customer needs

Required Skills:

• Experience in customer support and escalation management
• Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively
• Knowledge of financial services and business-to-business sales

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Background in scheduling appointments and patient care
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calling and business correspondence
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and reimbursement procedures
• Experience in closing deals and customer retention strategies

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $100,130.00
• Maximum Salary: $170,000.00
