Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support HR initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions
• Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity
• Lead workplace investigations and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Experience in HR policies & procedures
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and metrics
• Proficiency in HRIS management
• Understanding of employment law
• Demonstrated HR leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Global HR experience
• HR strategy development
• Experience with HR systems

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $100,130.00

Maximum Salary: $162,810.00
