Daily Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop menus for events, weddings, and corporate functions
• Ensure food quality and consistency in all dishes
• Manage back of house operations, including food cost and labor cost management
• Supervise kitchen staff and oversee culinary operations
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety

Required Skills:

• Menu planning and development
• Food quality control
• Back of house and kitchen management
• Food cost and labor cost management
• Culinary arts and food preparation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Front of house experience
• Menu development expertise
• Experience in banquet catering and fine dining
• Knowledge of food service management and catering operations
• Cooking skills and ServSafe certification

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer health insurance, dental insurance, flexible schedules, and vacation leave.
